  • What time will you pick up my laundry?
    Pickup and delivery will occur between 8am-8pm. Laundry Heroes send a message indicating approximately what time they plan to pick up, usually within a few hours of placing your order. Once your order is placed you will receive a text message when the driver is on his way to pick up your order.
  • Do I have to use special laundry bags?
    No, just leave your clothes out for pickup in any bag you want, we suggest using standard 13 gallon trash bags, just make sure it’s closed at the top. If you have clothes you would like returned on a hanger, put them in a separate bag and label it “hanger”. You will also need to include your own hangers in a separate bag so that we can return the clothes hung. You can also put your clothes out in your hamper, in which case we’ll transfer your clothes to our disposable 13 gallon trash bags and leave your hamper behind.
  • What days can I schedule pickups and deliveries?
    Laundry Hero operates 7 days a week. **Excluding Major Holidays**
  • What if I forget to leave my laundry out for pickup?
    We can easily rectify and accommodate the issue by following the process below. If you were not able to contact Laundry Hero prior to receiving your pickup time message, please IMMEDIATELY send a message using the "chat icon" found in the upper right of your CleanCloud App. This sends a message directly to our Laundry Hero staff. You must include your order # and the scheduled pickup date. Reschedule a pickup for the next day or choose to CANCEL THE ORDER. This will also need to be indicated in your "chat" communication with our staff. Please Note. This is not a regular business practice for Laundry Hero, and we are doing our best to be understanding and helpful when life gets in the way. There will be a $20 surcharge whether you RESCHEDULE for the next day or CANCEL THE ORDER entirely. This surcharge will be billed whether or not contact was made prior to our Heroes arriving to pick up your order.
  • Do I need to be home when you pick up and deliver?
    No! We are 100% about making your life easier. Just leave your clothes out after you order, and we will do the rest!
  • Do I need to separate lights and darks?
    We are your Laundry Hero! We have that covered, of course. Family and multi-person residence; If you would like the clothes returned separated by the individual(s), please label the bags by number and indicate that in the "NOTES" section of your order.
  • Is there anything that you won’t wash?
    Our Laundry Heroes can handle just about anything, but there are a few things we ask that you not include in your order to keep our Laundry Heroes and their equipment safe and sanitary. Any items found in the below list that are found to be unwashable will be returned unwashed in a separate bag. No biohazard-stained wash (blood or bodily fluid and/or solids) If they are soiled, please make sure all solids are removed prior to sending them to be washed. No items that are ripped or tattered and could be further destroyed by washing and drying process. No items containing batteries or electrical devices.
